The specially-negotiated ISSX room rate is $219, exclusive of tax. The reservation deadline is Friday, August 12, 2022 but, as rooms could sell out before then, early reservation is recommended. The meeting room block is available starting Thursday, September 8 and ending Friday, September 16, 2022. Pre and post nights at the group rate are subject to availability. All cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your check-in date, or a fee equal to one night's room and tax will be assessed.

Visa Requirements

Depending on the agreements between USA and your country, a visa may be required to enter the USA. Please check with your local embassy/consulate or travel agent to obtain information regarding your entry visa.

If you require a letter of invitation from ISSX in order to obtain a visa, please note the at least one of the following criteria must be met for receiving a visa request letter:

• Individual is a current member of ISSX,

• Individual has submitted an abstract to the meeting,

• Individual is an invited speaker, or

• Individual has registered and paid to attend the meeting.
